BBQ Fundraiser Saturday, January 28, 2012

 

 

 

Help needed:

·         Pre-ticket sales start January 1 – goals:

·         300 family meals

·         100 individual meals

·         Prep work for macaroni salad and beans (i.e. chop veggies and cook macaroni)

·         Work/help day of BBQ: Serve 1:00pm - 5:00pm

·         Questions or to volunteer see Chris S or Perry Vargas

 

Family Meal - $39

·         Tri-tip (whole)

·         10 ounce loaf of garlic bread

·         1 quart of macaroni salad

·         1 quart of beans

Individual Meal – $10

·         Tri-tip Sandwich w/salsa

·         6 ounces of macaroni salad

·         6 ounces of beans

·          

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

            This fundraiser will provide materials to build a home to house multiple missionaries in Haiti. Chris Stark and Lee Interante, who are excellent carpenters, skilled tradesmen, and 'Get-r-done' guys, are going to Haiti in February to assist in this project. They will have a week to frame, plumb, and wire the building. Can you say intense?
