Gang Prayer Calendar

Communities are gripped with fear. Juvenile crime and gang violence is at an all time high. Our children are afraid to attend the local public schools and our peace officers are at risk more so than any time in history.

What can we do? There are numerous civic and religious organizations that target and minister to gangs and gang members. We should donate to and volunteer for these agencies. BUT, before we do that, we must first and foremost get on our knees and pray. Pray to the living God, the only one who can truly change hearts and change lives in a meaningful way.

We acknowledge God’s word when He says: …The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. James 5:16

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

We call upon you to pray earnestly for the gangs and gang leaders of Salinas and Monterey County. Pray for God’s personal impact on their lives. Pray for the agencies that reach out to them and for the schools, courts and law enforcement agencies that are trying to help, not hurt them.

Our responsibility is to pray, theirs is to decide if they will allow God through Christ to work in their lives.

Crossroads Gang Prayer Calendar features a gang, influencing agency or person of position for each day of the year. The calendar is divided into four brochures, each containing three months of listings.

Crossroads will send you a new calendar every three months as long as you are on our mailing list.

Crossroads will review and update the calendar throughout the year to record changes in an effort to keep our information up to date.

Join this powerful prayer ministry as we call upon the living God, on a daily basis, to provide the only lasting solution to the gang problem in Salinas and Monterey County.
